A few minutes of proper care helps preserve resin performance and prevents avoidable downtime at the dock or campsite.

If the source water has sediment, unusual odor, or other quality concerns, those may require separate treatment or a different approach. Knowing the difference keeps expectations realistic and helps you choose equipment for the problem you actually have.
